Electrical Resistance of 4KW Special Alloy INCOLOY 825 (resistant to water with high chlorine content). Anodic Protection.

The Collector


The Collector of the COMPACT copper pipes stuck in the absorber using LASER, drastically increasing the thermal conductivity of the whole solar water heater.

Then goes Ethyl Alcohol, the copper pipes, which are sealed in vacuum conditions (VACUUM). The solar radiation heats the alcohol, which in turn evaporates easily due to its low boiling point.

The vapors produced (through vacuum tubes), channeled directly to the alternator inside the Boiler, giving the heat transfer.

In this way, vapor, and condenses under gravity with returning back to the collector of the solar water heater.
